I can’t believe it is March already I still feel like saying Happy New Year!
Anyway we have been keeping quiet so I thought it was time for an update on what we are up to with regards to our in house catering at Abbeywood Estate and also our outside catering arm Benjamin Lauren.
Where to start!
Cheshire weddings are our life and we can’t wait until the wedding season really starts in April. Things have been manic we have been recruiting new members to the team, producing new menus for 2018, hosting winter weddings and also doing lots of delicious tasting days for all our weddings coming up this year.
Put simply, our business has gone from strength to strength! That being said, as our company continues to grow it is becoming more and more likely that we will need to invest in some human resources tools to ensure that we can continue to provide an excellent workplace ambiance for our team.
Consequently, we have been doing some research into using an HR tool to take care of the management of our employee benefits system. Making sure that our benefits system is compliant with necessary legal requirements can be complex, especially at the rate our company seems to be growing!
Nonetheless, we are confident that we will be able to continue to offer our employees the work-related perks that they currently enjoy as well as much more exciting offerings as we continue to succeed.
